Create accountAfter you fill out our online form, we'll email you an invoice to fund the account. These funds will be credited towards photo orders for your incarcerated loved one.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex, and PayPal.
$30 minimum funding is required.
Your incarcerated loved one's personal PeliPALS ID NUMBER gets mailed directly to their facility.
Once received, your loved one can provide their PeliPALS ID to whomever they want to have access to their funds for photos through Pelipost. The funds are debited when someone places a photo order.

Photos are shipped the following business day and take about 3 to 5 business days to arrive at the facility. Prints will be delivered shortly after pending correctional staff inspections.

Your loved one can provide their PeliPALS ID to as many people as they want. However, use caution when sharing an ID #. They should ONLY give this number to those they trust and wish to receive photos from. By providing this number, they give the sender permission to use their funds to send them pictures.
We are not responsible for the misuse of this ID #.
NO! PeliPAL funds are securely linked to your inmate's mailing information only. The sender will not be able to change any of the contact information on your account. It will not be possible to send photos to other people using your funds.
If your funds can’t cover the cost of your order, the person sending has the option of paying the remaining amount using their credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) or PayPal.
If photos are returned from a facility, they will be mailed directly to Pelipost. Once we receive them, we will email the sender, letting them know that the photos were returned and why they were returned. Common reasons for return orders are:
